Work Order Management


PharmTech was asked to do validation projects for a client as part of a larger plant commisioning plan.  That plan was being managed as several hundred smaller capital plans, with dozens of functaional management teams.  All teams reported to a single individual.  When PharmTech personel understood the magnitude of time commitment required of the single manager, one of our employees approached the client with a project management proposition. 

Using database programming and administration skills leveraged from previous client work, PharmTech created an application that would manage the hundreds of small capital projects under management  The application managed equipment, work orders, costs, validation documents, and current owners on a project.
