Reporting Enhancements

 

PharmTech has worked with their customers to pull information from their own web-based applications to allow for enhanced reporting capacities.  Reporting functions were needed to assist in the current processes, but were not available in the off-the-shelf software, nor easily added to the core application.
 

Examples

  1. Change Request Information – Provided status of change requests (days open, number of cycles, approvers left). 
  2. Document Management Information – Provided document status and permissions.  Defaults on application did not line up with desired user implementation. 
  3. Complaint Handling Information – Provided status reporting on specific data pulled from the database system.  Data was available from system in text file, but would not display in a useable manner.
