Meeting Management
 

PharmTech worked with the client's management to develop a better way to manage their cross-function meetings.  The initial process had one person gathering presentation information from 50 people for an escalating series of management meetings.  The implemented web-based system allowed individuals to make their own contributions and provided a tracking mechanism to determine which people still had tasks outstanding.
