Sharepoint Document Management
PharmTech developed a more efficient means to author and review validation documentation. The Client initially had no system for managing reviews and approvals. PharmTech utilized our own Sharepoint instance to manage the document creation and review. Sharepoint is a web-based document management system with workflow capabilities. The system allowed the team of 4 authors, 2 quality reviewers, 2 engineers, and one off-site system owner review the documentation in a timely manner. The use was so successful that the Client implemented their own instance of Sharepoint for document management.
